Quality and Environmental Policy

1.SCOPE 

Within the scope of the activity of SKY ThinkTank Ltd. as an Aviation and Travel Consultant, the company has established an Integrated Management of Quality and Environment System characterized by a Quality and Environmental Policy. Senior Management has established the system, in compliance with the requirements established by the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001. This Quality and Environmental Policy is based on the following principles: 

• Define, implement and regularly update the Integrated Management of Quality and Environment System. 
• As determined by the company’s mission statement, employees development is a top priority – through continuous improvement of their personal, technical and management skills, thus boosting the competitiveness of the company with the ultimate goal of achieving a permanent leadership position. There is also commitment to continuous improvement of environmental management system to improve environmental performance, commitment to comply with the legal and other requirements, commitment to environmental protection, included the prevention of pollution and other commitments such as mitigation and adaptation to climate change. 
  
• The integral customer service is the main asset of SKY ThinkTank Ltd. and what makes it a truly global  company,  approaching  every  project  from  a  multidisciplinary  and  innovative perspective. 
• Integration of environmental criteria is promoted in the company’s activities and business processes. 
• Commitment to provide products and services that comply with the requirements of current regulations. 
• Developing innovative new products through brainstorming processes affecting all parts involved, as well as prospecting for strategic partnerships to carry out the development of R+D+I projects for SKY ThinkTank Ltd. 

2.OBJECTIVES 

The system is aimed towards the following main objectives: 

• Customer satisfaction and executing an excellent job. 
• Growth as a company, in both product and service Quality, while respecting environmental protection at all times. 
• Carrying out activities with the minimum environmental impact. 

The Integrated Management of Quality and Environment System is reviewed periodically by the Leadership Review System, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and efficiency. It assesses potential opportunities to improve on the system, products and processes, and detects whether it is necessary to implement changes in the Management System, including its Integrated Management of Quality and Environment System.

The Policy is online available to the public and communicated to all the employees of SKY Think Tank Ltd., or contractors carrying out works on behalf of the company, to spread knowledge of its tenets and ensure they are understood and put into practice.
